Hello Oak Harbor Rocket Wrestling fans! Currently on this web page we have a "Biddy Results" page that highlights the placement of the biddy wrestlers at various tournaments.
I am going to start a "Results" page for the Jr. High, JV, and Varsity as well. In order to do that I need information on the wrestlers.
Send the following information: Name & date of tournament, AND the name, grade, and placement of the wrestler.

If you are interested in purchasing a singlet from the Rocket Shop for your wrestler, please stop in to the store to be fitted. It is very important that the singlet fit properly and be the correct size. The ladies will be glad to assist you before you place your order.
For all Oak Harbor wrestlers 1st thru 6th grade that have a desire to excel in the sport of wrestling by going above and beyond the standard learning, practicing and dual competition provided by the Oak Harbor Wrestling Club.
Each OH wrestler and parent will keep track of the extra events that they participate in throughout the wrestling season and points will be awarded. When the OH wrestler reaches 500+ points, they will be entered into the 500 club and receive a special 500 CLUB incentive (TBD) recognizing them for their achievement at the season end potluck.
For DIVISIONAL high 500 club point achievement there will be plaque awards presented for 1st place in each division. Div I, II, III & IV
Points will be based on the following:
WRESTLING CAMPS/events...............................................50 POINTS/event
WRESTLING FUNDRAISER (WRESTLER/PARENT)...............50 POINTS/event
YOUTH TOURNAMENTS (PARTICIPANT)............................50 POINTS/event
*The OVERALL high 500 club point champion will have their name placed on the 500 CLUB point champion Plaque to be located in the Varsity Wrestling Room and receive a plaque award and prize (TBD).
The OH wrestling Club will provide sign-up sheets at both the OHMS & OHHS WRESTLING ROOMS. It will be the responsibility of the individual OH Wrestler and or their parent (legal guardian) to make sure this is kept up to date during the season in order for the OH Wrestler to receive credit towards the 500 Club.
Proof of attending a camp/event/fundraiser/tournament
will be a paid receipt, tournament/event
official form listing the OH Wrestler and in the case of an OH Wrestling Club fundraiser signing the attendance sheet.
In the past, the OH Wrestling Club has had an incentive program to just include 6 youth tournaments in 1 season in order to receive special recognition at the year- end potluck. This year we have
changed the requirements to include not just youth tournaments but other youth wrestling training opportunities and social / fundraising functions to receive credit. We hope this improved incentive
program, will provide our OH Wrestlers (1st -6th grade) more educational opportunities to be recognized for their achievements in the OH Biddy Program.

Oak Harbor Amateur Wrestling Club
On Saturday evening, prior to the start of the 2017 OHSSA Wrestling Finals, Oak Harbor Coach George Bergman was inducted into the Ohio High School Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Mr. Bergman has coached 13 of Oak Harbor's 24 State Champions and has been the Head Coach since 1992. Congratulations Mr. Bergman!
Oak Harbor Amateur Wrestling Club, Oak Harbor, OH is an excellent place for beginner, intermediate, and advanced wrestlers.
